Scraps

This might be a silly question, but how many of you guys look through other artists' scraps regularly, or have them set to show up on your devwatch?

I like rough sketches and drawings even more than finished stuff sometimes, so when I find a folder of my less polished art I like to upload it in small batches, in scraps or other categories.

I'm just wondering, since I don't want to upload like ten scraps and fill everyone's submission notices with a whole bunch of 5 minute drawings.

Wow, I don't know how you can keep up with such a big watch list. xD I don't know if I've even hit 100 yet, but I already have a hard time looking at everything.

I always look at the scraps, I find most times it shows a lot more emotion then some of the more polished/completed works. It also gives people a chance to see how you REALLY draw.
It's also kinda inspiring. I know some deviants (and people in real life) get really upset with their drawings because it's rough and sketchy, especially compared to "insert famous DA artist name here" 's completed work, be it in Copic, Prisma leads or Markers, or CGed.
Seeing that those amazing pictures start out looking rough and sketchy, something I find young artists put themselves down for because it isn't proportionally technical enough, and turn into something emotive and beautiful, I find is a huge inspiration.

To sum it all up, uploading scraps FTW~

i always watch scraps it's nice to see what people are working on or stuff they did not like, a lot of it rocks ^^
